My journey to becoming a real estate agent wasn't necessarily an obvious choice. I spent all of my 20s and the better part of my 30s working in the hospitality industry. As my children reached the age to start school, I realized that I wanted to be able to spend more time with them- something I couldn't do while managing a restaurant. Therefore when a friend suggested real estate I decided to take the leap. It was an easy decision for me as it combined my two passions: people and real estate.

 

Fast forward eight years and here I am, a successful real estate agent and loving every second of it. I get to work with people from all walks of life, help them make the best decisions for themselves and their families, and (most importantly) be there for my kids when they need me. What could be better than that?
